How can I place an order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for goods - we will ship your package within 7-21 business days.

What methods of payment are available?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for customers via major Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 
  • Your payment information is securely encrypted by our payment provider.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

What is your Returns policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email info@pampasfoxfitness.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Can I cancel my order?

An order cancelation can be done within 12hrs of having placed your order. There will be no charges and your purchase will be refunded to your original payment method.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order (within 12hrs of placing it) by sending us a mail via this form and we will take care of everything for you.

Has my order been shipped?

After you have made your purchase, it takes 3-4 business days to process it. You will know when your order has been shipped because you will receive a notification containing a tracking number with which you will be able to follow its progress until it reaches your address.

Is it possible to change my order?

Yes! Changes in your order are possible within 24 hrs of placing it. All you  have to do is send us a mail to info@pampasfoxfitness.com stating the changes you want to make and we will get back to you to discuss the details.

Can I track my order?

Yes! When your order is shipped, you receive a notification to your mail containing a clickable tracking number with which you will be able to follow its progress.

I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

  • Your order was never actually placed nor processed.
  • You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mail for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email us at info@pampasfoxfitness.com and we will be happy to help you.

My tracking number doesn't seem to work.

Not to worry. When an order is recently dispatched, it takes 24-36hrs to register activity according to the post offices your package is passing through.

I have only received part of my order, what should I do?

At Pampas Fox Fitness, we are able to send multiple items in one parcel, but in the unlikely case that you have not received all your ordered items, just send us a mail to info@pampasfoxfitness.com and we will do our best to provide a solution for you.

My package has not arrived, what can I do?

We select the best shipping methods available at the time of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package's progress till its final destination. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. 

Occasionally carriers experience delays, especially around major holidays. Kindly contact your carrier, in most cases, they are able to provide accurate information regarding the whereabouts of your parcel.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

At Pampas Fox Fitness, we have our products inspected for quality but in case your order arrived damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us at info@pampasfoxfitness.com so we can sort out a refund or send out a new order straight away. We require you could include a photo of the damage or quality issue so we can determine whether we need to contact the shipper as well.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

At Pampas Fox Fitness, we have our orders checked for accuracy but in the unlikely case you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@pampasfoxfitness.com so we can sort out a refund or send out a new order straight away. Kindly include a photo of the item along with the parcel's label so we can determine whether we need to contact the shipper as well.


Where is my refund?

Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a notification.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
